Important! Need to take actions for China power cuts policy
In the past week, we have been receiving notifications from material suppliers that they are facing serious impacts on the capacity because of the power cuts.
Power cuts have been introduced in 16 provinces (including Zhejiang) because of a surge in electricity consumption, tightening coal supplies, as well as pressure on local governments to meet energy consumption targets. According to this policy, many of our material suppliers, which have high power consumption, are forced to shut down the factory at least 10 - 15 working days every month - no exceptions! We assume this policy will be continued till the end of January in 2022, and we will keep you posted.
On Classic Packing's side, we are the low power consumption manufacturer, we do NOT need to shut down the factory, only need to turn off the AC to reduce power consumption.
