Q: Can I do online business with you?

Q: How about your production capacity? Are your products have the Quality assurance?

Our factory is equipped with over 160 sets of single sewing machines, 70 sets of double needle machines, 6 sets of Bar-Tac and 3 set of pump cutting machines and high-head sewing machine, etc. Hence, though we provide various packaging products, including wholesale makeup bags, wholesale makeup cases, wholesale tote bags, etc, we can deilver the goods to you on time. As for the quality assuramce, all of our products will undergo three inspection steps, including incoming inspection for raw materials, on-line inspection for semi-products, and final inspection for thr final products. We have also obtained ISO 9001 certificate.


Q: What is your product range? where is your market?

We are a professional packaging products provider. We specialize in all kinds of paper box/gift packaging, eyewear packaging, makeup/cosmetic bag solution, tote bag solution, shopping bag solution and more. We can also provide chocolate boxes, foldable boxes, cosmetic boxes, custom shape boxse, paper bags, other related packaging products and packaging auxiliary products. We have been exportiing our products all over the world, such as Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Middle East, Southeast Asia and so on


Q. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

Sure, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. For digital art, we prefer a PC file saved in CorelDRAW(.cdr), Photoshop(.psd), Illustrator(.ai), of course, jpg and pdf files are also acceptable, higher resolution will be better. 

*Tips: always remember to convert text to outlines or curves, or you must include the font files with the design file.


Q: Do you provide OEM or ODM services?

Yes, we provide both. Our product and service mix fit clients of various sizes and with various needs. If you face strict time to market and want to lower cost, you can use our pre-designed and time-tested OEM products with minimal changes.Taking advantage of our E-commerce platform and highly visible sourcing platform, you can further cut down the sourcing cost.Prime clients with sophisticated product and design requirement can use our additional ODM services to meet their needs. Q: How about the sample policy?

Free samples will be sent if we have that in stock. If there is no stock left, we will make samples within 7-10 days and the cost of samples are low. The shipping fee and sample fee should be paid by your side firstly,and the sample fee can be refundable after your order meets our required quantity.


Q: How to order with us?

Send us inquiry--- receive our quotation—negotiate order details—confirm the sample—sign the contract—pay deposit—mass production—cargo ready—balance/delivery—further cooperation.


Q: How about your order service?


After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all dept.
Before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control.


More Detailed Steps for Servicing the Order are the following:
1.Inspect all the materials when arrived, ensure they will match customers' requirements!
2. Inspect the semi-finished goods!
3.Online quality control!
4.Final products quality control!
5.Final inspection while packing up all the goods. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping!
6.We strictly follow ISO AQL standards!


Q: How about the MOQ?

For popular in-stock products, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. The MOQ for custom orders is normally 1000 pieces or more. If you have found anything of interest, feel free to contact us for the specific MOQ.


Q.What is your terms of payment?

Sample cost / Mould cost to be prepaid prior to sampling;30% deposit to be prepaid prior to mass production;Balance to be prepaid after Inspection, before shipment.For stable customers, we accept monthly payment.For small amount, we accept PAYPAL which is fast and convenient, for large amount, we accept T/T and L/C.


Q.What is the lead time?  

Sample Lead Time -- 7~15 days upon receipt of your sample/artwork and advanced payment. Production Lead Time – 25~30 days upon receipt of your approval of the pre-production sample and advanced payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.


Q: How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Show us clear photos or video of the quality problem, or send back a few samples for our study, we will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problem.


Q: Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.


Q: Will you arrange the shipment and the shipping ways?

Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargo to the place where you want. Besides, we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time. Shipping ways could be by air,by sea according to your requirement. Your order would be packed and shipped safely by our professional freight forwarder or your own freight forwarder.


Q. What is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.


Q: What kind of material you have?

Cotton, canvas, jute, linen, velvet, suede, nylon, polyester, felt, PU leather, satin, mesh, brocade, paper, etc,for makeup bags or glasses case.

Cloth, Pu leather , Paper, Plastic , Tinplate, Velvet ,Wood ,bamboo etc for box.


Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or artwork for checking. Samples will be best to help us to calculate an accurate price.


Q. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

PDF, CDR, AI, PSD welcome.


Q. What is your shipping options?

Our price is not including shipping fee, and you can know the shipping fee easily once you confirm order quantity, destination and shipping method. There are some shipping options as below for your ref.
Express (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, SF) are worldwide shipping, may need about 4-10 days for delivery.

China Post(ePacket) is cheaper than Express, but may need 20-35 days for delivery, and it’s for small parcel only, less 2KGS.

Airline and Sea Transportation can ship goods to all over the World .We have long term cooperation with shipping company. And you should can handle custom clearance in your local port. That may need 20-35 days for delivery. It’s cheapest shipping option, butfor big order only, more than 100KGS
 
African Clients from Zambia, Libya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Mozambique, Kenya, we will recommend shipping company in Guangzhou which is more cost-effectively to your country!
 

It is perfect if you have shipping agents in CHINA. Mostly domestic shipment will be Free unless specially Note.
